The gourmet kitchen is complete with a double Wolf oven and range, two dishwashers, and a large Wolf refrigerator with two freezer drawers. A stunning quartz center island is a focal point with an extra-large sink, double faucets, and seating for five. A spacious butler’s pantry lives behind the kitchen, complete with a Wolf espresso coffee machine, coffee bar, tea kettle, microwave, plenty of storage space, and other appliances.  It’s a great place for meal prep with a small sink and counter space.

In the center of the room is a large dining table for 12 or enjoy meals outside on a gorgeous deck with a covered dining table.  On the deck you’ll also find comfortable, outdoor couch seating and swivel chairs around the large, circular fire pit. For other meal options, enjoy the high-end, large Hestan grill with rotisserie and smoker set.

Just off the kitchen is a family room with deck access and oversized sectional couch, fireplace, TV, double wine fridge and powder room.  Up a half flight of stairs is a door to the back deck with a covered, private hot tub.

On the upper level is the beautiful primary king suite, with stylish decor, large windows, TV, and large walk-in closet. An ensuite with beautiful tilework features a large walk-in shower and spacious vanity with double sinks. A stackable washer and dryer are in the hall for convenience or utilize the many laundry chutes to send clothes to the lower-level laundry room. Three other suites are on the upper level, a double full-over-full bunk room, and two king suites.

Retire to the lower level for family time in the entertainment room, with an inviting super-sized sectional couch and large flat-screen TV.  Challenge a family member to a game of ping pong or a game on the oversized wall-mounted scrabble board. Also on this level is a king room with a TV, shared bathroom, laundry room with two washers and dryers and a stainless-steel fridge and freezer to store your favorite beverages and snacks.  In the lower entry is plenty of space for gear storage and access to a 2-car heated garage.
