Pre-reservations Terms and Conditions
The MusicFest Pre-Reservations (Pre-Res) and MusicFest Traditions-Loyalty Program (MTLP) General Terms and Conditions & Agreement:
General Terms & Conditions/Agreement for Pre-Reservations (Pre-Res) and/or “MusicFest Traditions-Loyalty Program (MTLP): Thank you for your continued and longstanding commitment to The MusicFest at Steamboat. Current MusicFest participants, in good standing, will receive an email (at the email address provided via lodging registration) with your pre-reservation on-line sign-up time and date. By successfully confirming your pre-reservation status you will be allowed first rights to MusicFest lodging reservations prior to being open the public. It is your responsibility to verify your lodging preference via the online sign-up process within your scheduled pre-reservation timeline or risk losing your rights to secure a lodging choice or attending the event. DP is not responsible for incorrect emails, lost emails or servers/spam/firewalls or other email “blocking” system not allowing DP emails. It is your responsibility to make sure your email spam filters accept Dickson Productions emails. DP is not responsible for any conditions, including but not limited, electrical outages, technical issue, computer malfunctions, or any conditions out if its control that disrupts any pre-reservation process.
Your Pre-Reservation Deposit: The $100 pre-res deposit (PLUS CONVENIENCE/SERVICE FEES) is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit will be applied to your lodging package when you confirm your lodging choice via the online MusicFest sign-up process. Convenience/service/credit card fees do not apply to the trip balance. Lodging/properties reserve the right to require additional deposit amounts to secure a lodging reservation. Lodging requests will be granted on a first come, first served basis. The Pre-Res deposit provides you the opportunity to secure your reservation before the trip is offered to the general public, but does not guarantee a lodge or lodging choices. If you have not responded and verified your reservation by on line booking process prior to the trip being offered to the public, you assume the risk of the trip being sold out and your reservation opportunity voided without a refund. Securing your pre-reservation and making your MusicFest lodging immediately at times and dates made available will assure the best results. Pre-reservations availability is limited and may sell out. Your pre-reservation is not confirmed until you receive your electronic receipt/confirmation of your deposit received. Dates, costs, entertainment, and location of future The MusicFest at Steamboat package trips are to be determined and subject to change without prior notice. Pre-reservation provides the opportunity to secure The MusicFest at Steamboat lodging package reservations prior to being made available to the public but DOES NOT guarantee a lodging style or choice. One pre-reservation allows for one MusicFest lodge/hotel reservation access. Multi-lodge/hotel room reservations are not available by one pre-reservation. Only one $100 (plus convenience/service fees) pre-reservation deposit is required to secure your pre-reservation allowing you first rights to one Musicfest lodging unit/reservation prior to being open to the public.
MusicFest Traditions-Loyalty Program (MTLP): Pre-reservation opportunities will be offered to MTLP groups, in timeline tiers, based on order of the number of consecutive years the participant has attended the MusicFest. The Musicfest Lodging reservations will be opened at staggered times to a pre-determined number/groups of the MusicFest Traditions-Loyalty pre-reservation guests.
LOYALTY PROGRAM IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASED PROGRAM. TIMELINES TO REGISTER FOR PRE-RESERVATIONS AND MAKING LODGING RESERVATIONS MUST BE COMPELETED WHEN OFFERED OR RISK POSTIONING and/or LOSING OPPORTUNITIES.
IF FOR ANY REASON A “MUSICFEST TRADITIONS-LOYALTY” PROGRAM PARTICPANT WITH A CONFIRMED PRE-RESERVATION CANNOT ATTEND THE FOLLOWING YEAR MUSICFEST , THAT PARTICPANT MAY CONTACT DP via email BY July 15th, 2026 and PAY AN ADDITIONAL $100 (plus convenience/service fees) NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (but applies to lodging package) TO REMAIN IN THE PRE-RESERVATION STATUS FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR thus “skipping” a year of MusicFest attendance. THE ORIGINAL $100 deposit and convenience/service fees will be forfeited and not refunded and will not apply to any future lodging package. Some additional restrictions may apply and limit number of years to this program.
Participants agree to The MusicFest Tour Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) as stated on http://reservations.themusicfest.com . The MusicFest Tour Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are subject to change at any time prior to the start of the trip. Additional Terms or Conditions, liability release(s) or other may be required by lodging properties, Steamboat Ski Resort Corporation or others to be determined. Cancelled reservations will not receive a refund.
